Water Dispenser Bottles

Our water dispensers use 18.9 litre water bottles. They are quick and convenient to change and robustly manufactured to ensure safe storage. Spare bottles can be conveniently stored at the office by using one of our free bottle racks, ensuring that your spare bottles only require the floor storage space of one bottle.

Cups & Bottles

A supply of disposable plastic cups, fixed in a neat dispensing tube to the case of the water cooler, can be included as part of your package. This intelligent design makes it quick and easy to grab a cup of water and means that not only do you save on washing up, but you save on time as well.

Water Bottle & Cup Deliveries

Using the cups provided a bottle will provide approximately 120 cups of water. Our water delivery staff can provide each water cooler point with the exact number of bottles you require, and will take away the empties where necessary. They will also provide cups to ensure a continued supply.

Water Dispenser Bottles & Our Environmental Policy

We are aware of environmental issues that are connected to bottled water companies; some firms are disposing of their old bottles in purpose built landfill sites, designed to accommodate their ever-growing mountain of discarded bottles. In addition to landfill programmes they also recycle perfectly good bottles as a matter of course. This involves melting down the bottles to recreate them - which requires substantial energy and the burning of fossil fuels.

By contrast we work hard to ensure that our business has as little negative impact on the environment as possible. That's why we sterilise and reuse our water dispenser bottles and only recycle them when they are damaged or are no longer viable in their role. We do not and will not dispose of our bottles in landfill or any such schemes.

We cannot claim our business has no impact at all on our environment, but we do attempt to minimise our impact and make concerted efforts to ensure that if there is a cleaner, safer, less damaging way of doing business then that's the course we'll take.
