Water a Regulator of your Well Being
The refreshing qualities of cooler water cannot be over estimated - water is your body's natural lubricant, coolant and fuel processing fluid that allows you to operate at your best. Even mild dehydration can have adverse effects upon digestion, concentration and cognition, skin condition and vitality, joint and muscle stiffness, cardiovascular operations and many other areas where hydroelectric cell regulation is required.
Although all too common, what might seem a trivial state of mild dehydration is actually doing your body no favours and has some serious long-term health issues. Imagine driving your car without ensuring the oil level was above the minimum - you'd be right to expect some engine wear and damage, and in the worst case scenario it might even seize. Now imagine that engine is actually you body's organs and cells and water is its lubricant…
The blasé attitude to dehydration most of us adopt can only be addressed if you drink regularly throughout the day - in fact medical experts advise adults should drink approximately 2 litres of water a day to maintain good health. With a water cooler supplying chilled water to augment your normal drinking patterns this becomes an easy task to achieve each day.
