Cold Water Access
Having one of our water coolers in the office or workplace ensures that you have access to cold drinking water all day long. This means you can regularly 'top up' with a fresh cup of pure English water. Keeping hydrated is the smart thing to do, and let's face it, in the summer months when the heat is on there's nothing quite like a cold drink to revive flagging spirits!
Cold Drinks
Thirst is a dirty business; when thirst is felt in the mouth your body is already dehydrated, having lost only 1% of its water. As the body requires water to metabolise foodstuffs and nutrients, and importantly remove toxin by-products from the system, a lowering in its levels can have many detrimental physiological effects.
Even mild dehydration inhibits the expulsion of toxins, clogging up the system, causing headaches, stomach pain, bloating, constipation, lifeless skin and hair, irritability and fatigue.
In the workplace dehydration can mean lethargy and lack of concentration - it's hard to think when your brain is not getting its glucose 'fuel' efficiently due to reduced metabolic rates.
A cold drink is the perfect solution - rapidly absorbed and ready to use by the body's various physiological functions - it really is a natural refresher that invigorates and revitalises flagging spirits and a woolly head.
